The Nigeria Professional League 2015/2016 season came to an end as Enugu Rangers FC claim the title with a whooping prize money of 40 Million Naira.

Akwa United FC rounded up their 2015/2016 Nigeria Professional League campaign by finishing 14th in the league.

The promise keepers lost to Rivers United at home 2 goals to 1. The fans did not expect anything less than a win at home especially on a last day fixture, but The Promise Keepers failed to kept their own side of it.

The lost did not see our team relegated but should've put our team on a better finishing position compared to last season 15th position finished.
